How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most of our items are handmade or finished to order. Standard processing time is 3-5 business days, though custom art pieces may take up to 2-3 weeks before shipping.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund, excluding shipping costs.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our treasures worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the items.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your home.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging to initiate a replacement.

Many of our products, including our signature art prints and ceramics, are handcrafted or hand-finished, making each piece unique with its own slight variations.
