At Sugarboo & Co., we want your home to be filled with pieces you truly love. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile home decor items are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix your prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
